Our priority is to protect our staff and our clients and as such, we have invoked our BCP Working-From-Home procedures so that the majority of staff can continue to provide the service that Linear has always provided. These procedures had been fine-tuned and tested in prior weeks and utilises all the best practices afforded by smart investment in technology. As such, we are fully staffed and our staff are able to operate as if they were in the office with technical collaboration capabilities underpinning this.
Whilst this is the case, Linear does participate in an inter-connected world and that world, as we all sadly know, is a world currently in a state of turmoil. Therefore, we are in some cases reliant on downstream firms, with their processes and procedures under immense and unavoidable strain. I’m sure that all market participants are cognisant of this and therefore, we all need to be patient within the entire community when issues and challenges occur. You can rest assured that Linear will be striving to ensure that we identify any downstream issues and will work with counter parties to keep any disruption down to an absolute minimum.
